Sales Support & Reporting
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to improve team efficiency.
- Manage travel itineraries and claims for the sales team.
- Track and monitor sales team KPIs monthly.
- Coordinate with sales teams and distribution partners on daily tasks.
Customer & Regulatory Support
- Provide excellent support to B2B customers.
- Maintain and update regulatory document records.
- Ensure compliance with product regulatory guidelines for all sales and marketing materials.
- Handle product registrations, renewals, and queries from regulatory authorities.
Administrative Excellence
- Perform other administrative tasks to support the sales team’s success.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales administration or a similar role.
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin.

Skills Required:
