Sales Support & Reporting

  • Prepare and analyze sales reports to improve team efficiency.
  • Manage travel itineraries and claims for the sales team.
  • Track and monitor sales team KPIs monthly.
  • Coordinate with sales teams and distribution partners on daily tasks.

Customer & Regulatory Support

  • Provide excellent support to B2B customers.
  • Maintain and update regulatory document records.
  • Ensure compliance with product regulatory guidelines for all sales and marketing materials.
  • Handle product registrations, renewals, and queries from regulatory authorities.

Administrative Excellence

  • Perform other administrative tasks to support the sales team’s success.
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales administration or a similar role.
  • Able to speak in English and Mandarin.

Skills Required:
