5. Quality control for all food related matters and address any quality issues promptly.

6. Oversee inventory management and maintain cost control.

7. To work closely with production team on product's quality and planning.

8. Monitor team performance, providing feedback and guidance to improve skills and efficiency.

9. Work closely with operations, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of food products.

10. Prepare and submit regular reports on kitchen performance, inventory levels, cost control, and staff performance.

11. To perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superior/ Management from time to time.

1. Minimum 5 years of Central Kitchen experience.

2. Able to work under minimum supervision.

3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.

4. Strong knowledge in Thai and Korean food.

5. Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.

6. A passion for creativity and pushing culinary boundaries.
