- Liaise with local customers and identify their needs.
- Coordinate with R&D department to prepare samples according to customer’s needs.
- Deliver completed samples to customer
- Process customer’s orders
- Liaise with production and logistic department to ensure on time delivery of shipments
- Deliver invoice to customer and follow up with payment collection
- Attend to customer enquiries and complaints
- Ant other duties assigned by supervisor
- Strictly follow workplace safety procedure and wear PPE set or other safety equipment when necessary
- Adhere to Company’s ISO 9001 Quality & ISO 14001 Environmental System and Procedures at all times.
- To perform %S & housekeeping duties
- Perform all other works as and when assigned
- Receive and act on any other instructions from immediate superior or the Management
- Any additional or ad-hoc tasks will be assigned from superior from time to time
- At least one year of related working experience
- SPM or above
- Mandarin speaker are preferred. Fluency Bahasa Malaysia and English will be added as advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as being a team-payer with strong commitment to department harmony
