Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients, including corporate companies, SMEs, and individuals, to promote training programs and services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored training solutions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and generate leads.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s training programs, including content, delivery methods, and target audience.
- Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and presentations to address client requirements.
- Follow up with potential clients to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics using the company’s CRM system.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports for management review.
- Attend industry events, networking sessions, and exhibitions to represent the company and grow the client base.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction with training services.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the training or education industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and present solutions effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficient in MS Office, Power Point or Canva
- Possess own transport and willingness to travel for client meetings.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in selling corporate training programs or similar services.
- Fresh Grades are encouraged to apply.
- Fluency in multiple languages is an added advantage. (English, Malay and Mandarin)
