- Strategize and execute plans to increase clinic revenue and patient engagement.
- Build and nurture relationships with key partners, including corporate companies, factories and local communities.
- Promote Occupational Health Services (OHD), Clinic services and wellness programs.
- Plan impactful marketing campaigns to attract new clients and patients and execute the plan professionally.
- Organize corporate health screenings, wellness events, and promotional activities.
- Min 1-2 years working experience, preferably in healthcare industry or sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A proven track record in business development or sales (experience in healthcare is a bonus!).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented.
- Required language: Bahasa Malaysia, and English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
