SAP Basis/ GRC Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, test, train, implement, and support ERP system functional areas
• Perform business analysis and follow through the development life cycle
• Educate team members on ERP workflows and processes
• Coordinate and communicate system change requirements
• Translate business needs into technical requirements
• Handle several components of a project or complex project components
• Troubleshoot basic problems and recommend appropriate actions
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5 years of related experience preferred
• Strong written and oral communication skills
  

Skills & Knowledge:

• Understand and apply principles and practices in a professional field
• Likely newly professionally qualified or with extensive experience in a complex technical area
• Determine a course of action based on guidelines and modify processes as required
• Knowledge of company policies, practices, and procedures
  

Problem Solving:

• Resolve varied and non-routine issues
• Use previous experience to identify the best options or improve existing approaches
• Undertake analysis and investigation to solve related problems
• Work under general guidance and direction
