Key Responsibilities:
- Define, test, train, implement, and support ERP system functional areas

Qualifications:

- Likely newly professionally qualified or with extensive experience in a complex technical area
- Determine a course of action based on guidelines and modify processes as required
- Knowledge of company policies, practices, and procedures
Problem Solving:
- Resolve varied and non-routine issues
- Use previous experience to identify the best options or improve existing approaches
- Undertake analysis and investigation to solve related problems
- Work under general guidance and direction
Interaction & Impact:
- Convey information to occasionally divergent audiences
- Persuade and obtain cooperation or approval
- Communicate complex information within the specialization
- Support short-term team performance and contribute to medium-term goals
Accountability:
- Meet personal targets impacting the immediate work area
- Help coordinate the work of junior team members
