About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Broadreach Realty Sdn Bhd as an Assistant in our Kuala Lumpur City Centre office. As an Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and organisational support to our team, helping us maintain our high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
What you'll be doing
Providing general administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence
Assisting with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office
Liaising with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders as needed to address inquiries and resolve any issues
Supporting the team with project-based work and special initiatives as required
Contributing to the overall positive and productive work environment
What we're looking for
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a variety of stakeholders
Proficient in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office suiteA team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to pitch in where neededPrior experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in the real estate industry
