Provides administrative support for the GM such as conducting research, attending meetings, taking minutes, keeping notes, printing & managing documents, booking rooms & conference facilities.
Answers and screens phone calls for the GM.
Manages the GMs email to filter, highlight urgent correspondence, print attachments and relay all important information to the GM.
Manage the schedule and co-ordinates appointments, meetings & events for the GM.
Ordering & maintaining stationery & equipment supplies for the HQ.
Prepare official correspondence to external parties and internal memo on behalf of the GM.
Attend to customer enquiries, complaints & feedback. Forward cases to operation team to carry out investigation & problem resolution & customer recovery.
Compile reports and work submissions from other departments to the GM.
To perform daily audit to ensure the cleanliness of the entire office interior & exterior compound.
Perform other ad-hoc assignments & produce reports as required by the General Manager.
Responsible for the maintenance of the GM’s personal files including financial records, claims, contract, leave record, travel administration etc- to ensure it is accurate, updated and stays in strict confidence.
Manages the process of calling for briefing & meetings on behalf of the GM from start to finish ensuring that he is fully prepared for all engagements.
Handles travel & accommodation arrangement for the GM or other personnel as advised by the GM.
