- Assist HOD to managing the Company's full set of accounts (AR, AP & GL)
- Responsible in preparing the Company's monthly bank reconciliation
- Involvement in end-to-end financial processes which includes payment collections by email/call
- Handle AutoCount Accounting System
- Managing the staff's claim, which involves data entry for the staff claim into the system and processing payment to staff
- Update cash flow and banking facilities utilization weekly
- Processing payment voucher, purchase order, cheques, and filling
- Prepare Payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS.
- Responsible for Petty Cash control.
- Have experience in Accounting/Tax/Audit at least 1 to 3 years
- Preferred Malaysians
- Language Required English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Own Transport
- Minimum Education Required Diploma/bachelor's degree in accounting
- Epf and Socso
