  • Responsible to assist the Executive Chef in managing assigned kitchen operation.
  • Controlling kitchen operation and administration.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience as Chef de Partie and Commis Chef for Indian Cuisine
  • Preferably experienced in luxury internation brands.
  • Qualification in Kitchen Production and Management.
  • Malaysian & Expratriate can apply
  • Range of salary will depends on the experience
