Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that design plans are implemented correctly and efficiently.
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress and quality of work to ensure it aligns with the design plans.
- Preparing design documents, including floor plans, elevations, and specifications, to communicate design ideas to clients and contractors.
- Overseeing the final installation and decoration of the space, ensuring that it meets the design vision.
- Staying updated on the latest interior design trends and incorporating relevant elements into projects.
- Meeting with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for the interior design project.
- Creating functional and aesthetically pleasing layouts for interior spaces, considerin factors like traffic flow, furniture placement, and functionality.
- Choosing appropriate materials, furniture, fixtures, and decorative items to enhance the space's design.
- Estimating project costs, creating budgets, and managing expenditures to ensure th project stays on track financially.
- Creating project timelines and schedules to coordinate various tasks and ensure timely completion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,999.00 per month
