  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

We are offering an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates to join our Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Protégé Program, where you will gain valuable hands-on experience and develop your skills in a real-world manufacturing environment.

Position Overview:
We are looking for proactive and driven fresh graduates to join our SHE Protégé Program. This program offers a structured learning experience within our Safety, Health & Environment department, providing exposure to key SHE functions and initiatives that align with regulatory standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing and monitoring workplace safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.
  • Support the development and execution of SHE training and awareness programs for employees.
  • Participate in incident investigations and contribute to the preparation of detailed reports and recommendations.
  • Assist in compiling, analyzing, and maintaining SHE data and documentation for reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address SHE-related issues and foster a culture of safety.
  • Support the implementation of environmental sustainability initiatives to reduce the company's ecological footprint.
  • Stay updated on current SHE regulations and industry best practices to recommend improvements.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in Safety, Health, and Environmental practices within the manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of SHE principles, regulations, and management systems (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001) is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Program Duration:

  • 12 months
