Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct and administer support in all HR related activities i.e. recruitment, manpower planning, compensation & benefits and performance evaluation.
- Monitor and source for employees' training and development i.e.appropriate program, TNA etc.
- Employees engagement and relations, coordinate in Company and employees activities/ events, staff welfare program etc.
- Process the increment, promotion, transfer, termination, and clearance of resignees include survey/ interview reporting.
- Experience in hands-on payroll preparation include EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, EA etc.
- Maintain employees' record eg attendance and leave in HR system and assist in HR administrative matters such as processing of HR quote, invoices, claims, payment etc.
- Assist in employees' disciplinary and grievances matters.
- HR administrative support, handling internal and external memo/ letter correspondences, SOP set-up, review, and update of Employee Handbook, etc.
- Liaise with government bodies, local authorities, and agencies.
- To oversee all general administration including coordination of company activities.

Job Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of local labour law and industrial relation guidelines.
- Good presentation skill and able to speak confidently.
- Resourceful and possess high initiative, excellent interpersonal skills.
