- To manage and ensure all the electrical, mechanical and civil systems in good condition
- Attend customer meeting and enquires
- Respond any complaints from customer within the respond time set by management
- Monitor and supervise technical staff for all complaints/repair progress to achieve downtime set by customers
- Prepare monthly report as in standard process
- As a site representative to communicate with management
- Carry out administration work to manage team on daily operation
- Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
- Prepare maintenance schedules and allocate work
- Supervise and train maintenance technicians
- Supervise and assist technicians/contractors during installations, repairs or maintenance (electricians, plumbers etc.)
- Supervise, inspect and maintain building systems including mechanical system (electricity, air-condition, pumps and motor, cold water, LPG, ventilation etc.)
- Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance
- Monitor inventory of materials and equipment
- Participate in coordinating projects (e.g. renovations)
- Carry out daily/weekly/monthly electrical meter reading on switchgear, transformer and MSB
- Carry out generator set testing and the system
- Monitor, check and carry out work related to fire alarm system, electrical riser board
- Attend all power failure and rectify promptly
- Liaison with relevant authorities body on inspection of the building (TNB, DOSH, BOMBA, etc.)
- To give full cooperation to the presence of technical support team and headquarters staff
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations
- Performs all other assignments and responsibilities as directed by management
