Job Description:

  • Receive air cost request from customer sales / customer service team
  • Receive booking request after sales confirm air shipment cost
  • Send booking request and get booking confirmation.
  • Truck arrangement once shipment confirm for outgoing
  • Prepare document (invoice & packing list)
  • Follow up shipment from ex-factory until arrive to warehouse (KLIA)
  • Key in ERP system for GI (Goods issue) once shipment departed from KLIA
  • Follow up and share the AWB & K2 to SDIEM sales
  • Upload complete sets of documents into DMS system (AWB/invoice & packing list/K2/billing)
  • Submit Online approval - request approval from Customer for abnormal / additional cost incurred, with supporting costing document

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
  • Fresh graduate will be considered

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
