SENIOR PROJECT PLANNER
Role & Responsibilities
1. Develop, implement, and maintain construction schedule and plans.
2. Prepare manpower requirement & machinery requirements for the project.
3. Liaise with Project Manager and Project/ Site Engineers to obtain progress updates on a weekly & monthly basis.
4. Liase with Technical Department to follow up on design progress and drawing submission progress.
5. Follow up on authorities matters and keep track of the submissions and approvals progress
6. Identify potential project(s) schedule delays and facilitating intervention in a timeous manner.
7. Monitor and evaluate external contractor's productivity. Incorporate changes and updates into the work schedule and maintain an up-to-date construction plan.
8. Create variance reports at various project stages and present information for internal meetings to analyse deviations
9. Perform delay analysis and prepare Extension of Time application, by compiling supporting documents and discruption evidence & record
10. Any ad-hoc assisgment assigned
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,101.13 - RM7,540.21 per month
