1. Safely and timely drive the Director to work and back, and to occasions.
2. To maintain high confidentiality of passengers and information.
3. To maintain the car's cleanliness and ensure its functionality.
4. To follow all safety measures while driving like speed limit, traffic rules, and road signs.
5. To assist in delivery whenever required to perform ad-hoc assignments from time to time.
6. Responsible to refill petrol / Touch N Go/ mineral water when necessary.
7. Carry out routine inspection on the car to ensure that it is always in good condition
8. Must be PUNCTUAL in attendance and strictly maintain timing schedule.
9. Consider different routes, check climate and traffic reports to decide the best time to travel and best route to take.
10. Perform simple maintenance work on the assigned vehicles, cleaning vehicle’s interior and exterior parts, setting schedule to send vehicle to automobile shops for repair and regular maintenance, conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle maintenance, reporting damage to ensure the vehicle is clean, free of damage and in rood worthy condition.
11. Follow all safety measures while driving including observing speed limits, obey all traffic and road signs, avoiding dangerous behaviour such as answering to mobile phone to ensure safety of passenger(s) and full compliance with traffic rules and regulation
12. Performs all duties assigned honestly, diligently and professionally, as well as keeping passenger’s information strictly confidential at all time to maintain passenger confidence.
