Job Summary

We are looking for an Executive - eCommerce to drive sales growth through KFC's own eCommerce channels and retail network. You will be responsible for supporting the quality assurance processes, particularly around menu launches and new feature releases on our ecommerce platforms i.e. KFC App and Web.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure the successful and error-free launch of new menus and products on our ecommerce platforms. This role offers a great opportunity for learning and growth in a fast-paced environment.

Job Scope

KFC Malaysia is on a data and digital journey and are looking for change agents to be part of this transformation:

  • Feature Build Project Management & Testing (Staging & Production)
  • Co-own feature build with Product Owner / Ecommerce Manager includes testing feature build across KFC digital touchpoints.
  • Manage and assist in project management on feature builds across KFC digital touchpoints (App, Web, Self Service Kiosk, Aggregators)
  • Identify bugs and issues on our platforms, document them, and follow up to ensure resolution as part of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • End-To-End Menu Management & Testing (Staging & Production)
  • Assist in coordinating and testing menu data, pricing, and functionality across platforms (web, app, aggregators kiosks, etc.) to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Menu management on own App/Web, Self Service Kiosk as well as partners such as Food Aggregators.
  • Maintain detailed records of all menu launches, including timelines, versions, and any deviations or post-launch adjustments.
  • Run pre-launch and post-launch quality checks on new menu items, offers, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with the product, marketing, and operations teams to align on timelines and requirements for new menu launches
  • Assist in managing the execution of menu launches, ensuring all operational procedures are followed.
  • Coordinate the setup and configuration of menus across various platforms, ensuring accuracy in pricing, descriptions, and availability.
  • Champion productivity and efficiency in UAT
  • Drives best approaches to drive high productivity and efficiency using collaboration and project management tools.
  • Constantly keep up to date on best approaches to drive high productivity and efficiency using collaboration and project management tools.
  • Reporting, bugs closure and SLA tracking - create and update reports in related scope of work when required.
  • High Quality Control of digital touchpoints to support growth of e-commerce sales and transaction and data acquisition for KFC.
  • Work closely with the technology team to ensure quality builds for all new releases on our ecommerce platforms.

Qualification and Job Requirement

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Information technology or its equivalent.
  • Ability to work with collaborative tools (Microsoft teams, Slack, Jira) is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance, operations, or project coordination.
  • Fresh grad with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously encourage to apply.
  • Basic understanding of QA methodologies and tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with menu management systems (or CMS systems) is an advantage but not required.
  • Very strong planning and organizing skills.
  • Meticulous and attention to detail is a must.
  • Work with a sense of urgency and have the ability to work as part of a team.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
