SUBJECTS:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct classes according to the Cambridge curriculum (IGCSE syllabus) for Physics and Chemistry and create a positive learning environment.
Motivate students with enthusiastic and creative class activities.
Ensure continuous progress and development of students in the subjects.
Prepare teaching materials and resources in accordance with the syllabus.
Prepare and mark quizzes, tests, and examination papers for Physics and Chemistry.
Meet requirements for assessments, report students’ progress, and provide constructive feedback to parents.
Evaluate students' coursework, assignments, projects, and presentations.
Responsible for classroom management and monitoring students' discipline.
Organize and participate in all school events such as co-curricular activities, sports day, field trips, concert night, etc.
Work collaboratively with all faculty members to plan and coordinate assigned tasks.
Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc tasks, and other duties when required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Physics, Chemistry, or related field).
Excellent command of English in both written and spoken.
Familiar with the IGCSE syllabus with at least 1-2 years of teaching experience in Physics and Chemistry.
Good communication skills and time management skills. Willing to work in a team and follow instructions given.
Dedicated and passionate about education. Able to work extra hours when required.
Having a positive attitude, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
