Responsible for the efficient care and management of stock, including receiving, distribution, inventory maintenance, and record-keeping, in accordance with franchisor standards.
Provide daily checklist reports, maintain receipt records, ensure proper documentation and record-keeping, and manage all inventory-related documents to confirm accurate stock levels and control.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organize stock and equipment, update received stock with tags or labels per guidelines, conduct physical inventory, and determine appropriate floor and shelf locations for stock.
Monitor and inspect all incoming materials, reconcile with purchase orders (PO), process and distribute related documentation, track and report damages or discrepancies, oversee unloading and loading activities per invoices, and verify stock picking according to order summaries.
Oversee employee productivity, organize workflow, ensure clear understanding of duties and tasks, and train and coach new employees.
Follow and adhere to all relevant requirements and local regulations (e.g., Halal, DOSH, DOE, Local Council, etc.).

Requirements:

Preferably SPM/STPM or a certificate in a related field.
At least 1 year in warehousing, logistics, and transportation.
Competent forklift operator
Meticulous in inventory management and documentation accuracy
Able to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Independent with strong leadership skills to effectively coordinate and motivate a team.
Able to read and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and irregular hours as needed to meet operational requirements.
Successful candidate will be based in KKIP Warehouse.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
