TALENT ACQUISITION (HR EXECUTIVE)
JOB PRINCIPLE
Exhibit strong decision-making skills with a deep understanding of employee relationships and staffing management. Candidates will be comfortable managing grey areas, effective at scheduling and methodical in the recruitment process. Administer all foreign workers related matters and ensure compliance of regulatory requirements.
JOB PURPOSE
- Responsible of full cycle of recruitment process inclusive of advertisement, sourcing of candidates, interviews, and issuance of employment contract.
- Work closely with hiring manager on the process of filtering potential candidates and selection of shortlisted candidates.
- Conduct and plan onboarding program for new employee and to ensure the compliance of requirements prior the employee joining the department.
- Responsible to ensure completion of personal file documentation and to key in the data in the HRMS system accurately.
- Administration of foreign workers contract and compliance matters such as permit, Passport, FOMEMA. And Checkout Memo.
- Plan and execute staff confirmation process.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of experience in related field.
- Fresh Graduate is welcome.
- Basic knowledge of all HR functions and spectrum.
- Knowledge or experience in managing foreign worker is a bonus.
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
