Roles & Responsibilities

1. Source & participate in lease negotiations, identifying prospective & secure tenants for the shopping mall to meet leasing targets.

2. Assist to conduct market research in keeping up with market trends & competitor retails development.

3. Plan and execute the leasing activities for retailers.

4. Establish & maintain good landlord tenant relationships with existing & potential tenants.

5. Support the Senior Manager, Leasing in formulating and implementing leasing strategy analysis for rental rate, occupancy rates, planning & implementing tenancy in retail mall.

6. Attend to tenants leasing queries, requests, comments, and complaints with a view to rectifying or

resolve issues for services improvement.

7. Ensure timely deposit, rental collection, and renewal of tenancy agreements.

8. Attend to tenancy related matters including negotiation and issue legal documentation, generate leasing

report as well as any other related documents with regards to tenancy transactions.

9. Liaise closely with inter departments on matters pertaining to Fit-out, Facility Maintenance & Operations.

10. Analyze tenants’ sales & overall performance.

Key Accountability

1. Responsible for handling all lease documentation and tenant management.

2. Monitor rental payments to ensure timely settlement by tenants and to initiate necessary action to recover any arrears.

Key Challenges

1. Negotiating lease renewals.

2. Accessing data efficiently and accurately.

3. Strong analytical skills and ability to handle difficult situations.

4. Sound knowledge of the retail market

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
