  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

This position is concerned with supervision and monitors the work of the room attendants assigned to the floors according to the standard set by Management

  • Allocate daily assignments to Room Attendants
  • Conducts morning briefings to Room Attendants
  • Check daily occupancy reports, read, logbooks and follow up as required.
  • Updates logbook and communicates important information
  • Follow up on trace reports for special guests requests, VIPs, Hilton Honor and carries out daily task
  • Inspects check out rooms before reporting them ready for sale after it has been cleaned by Room Attendants according to set the standard.
  • To fully understand department/ hotel SOP. To carry out daily tasks follow SOP
  • Daily room checking includes a check on occupied/long stay guests rooms, out of order rooms, out of service rooms and vacant inspected rooms
  • Inspects all areas, corridors, pantries, service areas, staircases and ensure they are clean at all times
  • To report Engineering of any maintenance job and follow up to ensure the job is completed.
  • To ensure that all Lost and Found items are recorded according to the procedure set
  • To assist inventories with proper documentation and record
  • To conduct on the job skill training to the Attendant as and when needed. Monitoring Attendant progress improvement and communicating closely with HK Trainer for follow up.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
