IN HOUSE COORDINATOR
- Project Management:
Oversee and coordinate projects from inception to completion.
- Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal communications.
Facilitate communication between departments to promote collaboration.
- Administrative Support:
Maintain organized records of project documentation and correspondence.
- Problem Solving:
Identify potential issues and implement solutions proactively.
Collaborate with team members to develop and improve processes.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure that drivers comply with company policies and standards.
- Daily Task
Monitor the overall Truck movement.
Communicate with customer on Bookings.
Arrange truck for the Shipment.
Submit monthly KPI report to Customers.
To prepare presentation for Clients every 3 month.
Do a detailed trucking report for weekly billing.
Submit PODs on time to Customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an operational role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant software applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
