Intern Sales Admin (AVIS MY)

We are looking for interns to be placed in our company. Preferably to start January 2025 onwards.
Job Responsibilities:
a. Administration
- Support the Sales team with any additional tasks as required such as Customer Enquiry Form, Quotation Requisition Form, Quotation, Booking Confirmation, Lease/ Rental Agreement, Vehicle Requisition Form, Request For Payment, General Letter and others documents.
- Monitoring and updating Master Monthly Sales report, Master Reference Number Report and other reports.
- Submitting reports in timely manner.
- Ensuring customer’s billing in order.
- Help coordinate communication between the Sales team and other departments such as Customer Service, Marketing, and Operation.
- Verifying orders, including customers’ personal information and payment details.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
b. Sales
- Assist in managing and following up on customer inquiries and requests by phone or email.
- Keeping track on Sales Target.
- Processing new sales leads.
- Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
c. Collection
- Assisting Sales Department to control, monitor and follow up customer’s payment within targeted timeline.

Pay: RM800.00 per month
