We are looking for interns to be placed in our company. Preferably to start January 2025 onwards.
Job Responsibilities
Filing and Documentation:
1. Maintain and organize recruitment files and records.
2. Ensure all candidate and employee documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Drafting Proposals:
1. Assist in creating and formatting proposals for recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
2. Collaborate with the team to ensure proposals align with organizational goals.
New Joiner Posters:
1. Design creative and engaging posters for new joiners using Canva.
2. Coordinate with the team to gather required content and visuals.
Employer Branding:
1. Participate in planning and executing employer branding activities, such as career fairs and campus engagement.
2. Represent the company at external events to attract potential talent.
Interview Arrangement:
1. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
2. Ensure smooth communication and follow-ups with all parties involved.
3. Undertake any other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required by the superior.
Salary: RM800.00 per month
Work schedule : Monday to Friday
