The Fleet Admin Coordinatorwill be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Maintaining all necessary records to ensure company vehicles are compliant with legal and business requirements.
  • Maintaining and monitoring the data management system to organize fleets as per various schedules and requests.
  • Monitoring and following-up with every operational aspects or needs in terms of vehicle administration and ensuring timely vehicle renewals, i.e. Road tax, Puspakom, and insurance.
  • Ensuring timely processing and dispatching of all documents relevant to company vehicles.
  • Providing the forecast for monthly vehicle policy renewal notice, as well as monitoring and coordinating with the operations team for the renewal notice.
  • Maintain contact with the relevant licensing authorities, i.e. PDRM, insurance companies on any issues related to the company's vehicles.

Relevant experiences involving the below will be an added advantage:

  • Audit processes involving customers, local authority, customs
  • Subsidised Diesel Control Scheme (SKDS) online portal
  • Agensi Pengangkutan Awam Darat (APAD) online portal
  • Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan (JPJ) online portal
