Description and Requirements
Overview:
We’re looking for a Technical Analyst to help manage and improve our eCommerce systems that support both B2C and B2B customers. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow in a tech-driven environment. You’ll work closely with the team to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and support ongoing improvements to our online applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the product roadmap and help ensure it aligns with business goals.
- Gather and document business requirements for eCommerce systems.
- Collaborate with different teams to help design and improve online applications.
- Work with business users to break down complex processes into simple, actionable tasks (user stories).
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and help identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in ensuring the smooth operation of eCommerce platforms and work on troubleshooting any issues.
Qualifications:
- A strong interest in IT development, business processes, and eCommerce systems.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Basic understanding of how online applications work is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication skills, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow in a fast-paced tech environment.
