- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri 8am-5pm, Sat 8am-12pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3,500 + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations.
- Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and customers to meet demand.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and efficient loading and unloading of goods.
- Optimize processes for inventory management and shipment handling.
- Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues in shipping and receiving processes.

- A minimum qualification of GCE O Level/Nitec
- At least 1 year of experience in an operations executive role, focusing on logistics.
- Familiarity with logistics software and inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing logistics operations.
