JPosition Summary:
The Storekeeper is responsible for managing the inventory, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and maintaining the organization of the store/warehouse to support efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock and materials.
- Organize and store items in designated locations to ensure easy retrieval.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
- Issue materials and supplies to departments as per requests.
- Monitor stock levels and notify management of shortages or excess.
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the store/warehouse.
- Handle stock transfers and prepare related documentation.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures for handling materials.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in inventory management or storekeeping is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move materials when needed.
Work Location: Kampung Subang Baru, Shah Alam
Reporting To: Manager
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
