- Analyze client brands, products, and market positioning.
- Develop and present brand strategy proposals and directions to meet clients needs.
- Define brand strategy directions and brief the project team.
- Act as the approver for brand strategies and direction within the team.

- Management
- Lead and direct the team's branding work, marketing collateral and related tasks.
- Oversees Execution Team (Production) creative performance.
- Ensure creative concepts meet the client's brand identity, brand image, brand culture, and brand personality.
- Focus more on the project creative visual and execution.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the project creatives.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with other departments' strategist to identify each client's creative performance.
- Lead and monitor the Branding Team to improve the brand performance as per client expectation.
- In-charge of the recruitment for the Branding Team.
- Work closely with HR and report Branding Team performances.
- Ensure the Branding Team achieves KPI (retain client, increase conversion and increase sales).
- Development
- Develop guidelines and training programs for the teams to ensure strategies aligned with brand values.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
