  • Ensure creative concepts meet the client's brand identity, brand image, brand culture, and brand personality.
  • Focus more on the project creative visual and execution.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the project creatives.
  • Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with other departments' strategist to identify each client's creative performance.
  • Lead and monitor the Branding Team to improve the brand performance as per client expectation.
  • In-charge of the recruitment for the Branding Team.
  • Work closely with HR and report Branding Team performances.
  • Ensure the Branding Team achieves KPI (retain client, increase conversion and increase sales).
  • Development
  • Develop guidelines and training programs for the teams to ensure strategies aligned with brand values.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
