Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead the Credit Operations team to ensure timely security document preparation and loan disbursement with the agreed turnaround time and in compliance with the approved terms and conditions
  • Ensure that the credit document checklist is completed with accuracy and in timely manner
  • Ensure that Security, Facility, Loan Account in BDS system has been created with complete and correct information
  • Counter-checking/execution documents within his/her limit set
  • Counter-checking the compliances of the terms and conditions of the loans and authorize the release within his/her authority limit set
  • Assist Line Manager in managing turnaround time (TAT)
  • Provide advice and consultation to sales team on the issue related loan disbursement/customers
  • Maintain a high standard of accuracy and completeness in Letter of Offer and security documentation
  • Liaise with valuers and lawyers to meet timelines for completion of respective reports and documentation
  • Be responsible for NBC reports, upload CBC report & other reports related to the Credit Operations as required
  • Manage and monitor strictly of security document including Hard Title
  • Track and prepare the regular service delivery report of the panel valuers, insurers and law firms and discuss with the relevant stakeholders in order to improve the service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Prepare the annual review of the panel valuers and/or panel insurers
  • Assist Line Manager to review and update Policy and SOP timely
  • Perform others tasks assigned Line Manager or HoD
Requirement:
Education/Qualification
  • Degree in Finance /Banking/Economics or related fields and Preferably having good knowledge of credit operation or credit admin
Experience/Requirements
  • Minimum 4-years experience in credit operations or credit admin
  • Good knowledge in credit management and bank products and services
  • Good leadership and management
  • Good planning, organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good Leadership and motivation skills.
  • Work independently with a Numeric and analytical skill
  • Conscious of details and accuracy
  • English is proficiency
