- Interact with the online community, respond to queries, and manage feedback.
- Develop engaging blog posts, email campaigns, and newsletters aligned with our brand voice and goals.
- Collaborate with the design and product teams to create promotional assets like videos, banners, and infographics.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and others to track campaign performance.
- Run marketing-related documentation, prepare monthly reports, and suggest data-driven improvements to marketing strategies.
- Create and manage lead-generation campaigns to support the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales goals.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or HubSpot are a plus.
- Fresh graduate with a passion for digital marketing, preferably in SaaS, e-commerce, or a startup environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Canva).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Self-starter with a creative mindset.
- Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills.
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Multilingual speaker of English, Chinese & Bahasa Melayu is preferred and a plus.
