- Source for best fit candidates through hiring databases, job portals, and social media.
- Perform niche market research, market mapping and focused headhunting in specific talent pools.
- Evaluate resumes and applications.
- Perform pre-interview screening with the candidates.
- Develop strong professional relations with clients, candidates and other important stakeholders.
- Develop and improvise recruiting methods to attract potential talents.
