1. Bookkeeping & Financial Management

  • Maintain accurate financial records for all transactions.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and budgets.

  • Minimum 5years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Diploma in Accounting or equivalent certification.
  • Fluency inEnglish and Mandarin(spoken and written).
  • Minimum typing speed of50–60 words per minute.
  • Proficiency in payroll processes.
  • Expertise in accounting software such asOdoo, QuickBooks, or Xero.
  • Advanced skills inMicrosoft Excel and Word.
