Candidate *MUST* have experience in supporting foreign expatriate in all aspects of living in Malaysia. Includes, but not limited to, all immigration matters, children's education, hiring domestic helpers and supporting expatriate family needs.

Successful candidate will undertake a wide variety of responsibilities. Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the private household. Ensure the highest standards of service for the employer including but not limited to carrying out regular stock checks, organizing the employer's travel arrangements, overseeing household accounts, manage and supervise household staff, maintain the property, oversee budgets and co-ordinating functions hosted by the employer.
Job Scope Details:
•Service; Provide a high level of service to the employer / homeowners and ensure their needs and preferences are met.
•Travel arrangements; Arranges the employer's travel requirements and any travel requests for the family staff.
•Executive driver; Safely and timely transport the employer and/or family members to and from destinations. Plan routes and anticipate traffic conditions to ensure on-time arrival.
•Functions Coordinator; Handling functions schedules, making reservations, making full arrangement suits the employer.
•Supervises employees; Supervision of household employees and receives guests. Create schedules and assign tasks to household staff.
•Security assistance; Deals with all security arrangements necessary to keep the employer and family safe.
•Telephone call monitoring; Monitors all incoming telephone calls.
•Staff management; Employs, dismisses and settles disputes between members of the household staff. Is responsible for the welfare of staff alongside performance evaluation and reviews.
•Team Manager; Larger residence may have a team of security, front of house, butlers, waiting staff, nanny, chauffeur, maids and cleaners. A House Manager will potentially supervise this team
•Other duties; Keeps household accounts. Managing inventory, overseeing maintenance and repairs. Deals with tradesmen/contractors. Manages security alarms. Carries out any other task the employer may reasonably ask.
Requirement for the Position:
•Proven working experience in related Personal Assistant / House Manager position.
•Management; Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate staff. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
•Collaboration; Wide range of skills which will allow for the troubleshooting of operations within a household whilst multi-tasking.
•Flexibility; Flexibility is a must as the demands from the employer may change day to day. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as needed. May have second homes move between, seasonally.
•Communication; A good communicator; understanding the employer’s like and dislikes. Should be discreet, responsible and have good leadership and organisation skills.
•Driving License; Have a full, clean driving licence and be able to drive the household vehicles. Ensure the vehicle(s) is well-maintained, clean, and in good working condition. Follow traffic rules and regulations, always prioritize safety of passengers.
