- Responsible for full spectrum of Admin support functions of office & warehouse.
- Manage office products sample, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- To assist offline reseller (Guardian & Watsons) order, draft letters, replies email and shipment.
- In charge of Influencers/KOL products shipment.
- Manage monthly snack, office supplies and stationeries and place orders as needed.
- Organize and maintain appropriate filing and all records are updated into system.
- To monitor and follow up on schedules and deadlines are in a timely manner
- Assisting in ad-hoc duties that are assigned from time to time.
- Min 1 year of experience are welcome to apply as Admin, Admin Assistant, Sales Admin or similar role is required for this position.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and Google Sheet.
- Good understanding and knowledge of company’s products.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Work well independently and in team with minimum supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to apply knowledge and creativity to resolve standard and complex issues.
