- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries, feedback and provide resolutions to customers over the phone, email or via chat relating to renowned products.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy and patience.
- Provide accurate information and assistance regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction in every interaction.
- Able to communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and polite manner
- Possess at least a high school certificate (SPM, Foundation, Diploma, Degree, etc)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English & Mandarin (Cantonese will be added value)
- Preferably someone with at least 1 year of Customer Service experience in BPO/Call Center industry.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Able to work on rotational shifts, if needed.
- Working hours: 5 days/week, 9 hours/day
