- Sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and making hiring decisions in collaboration with management.
- Liaising with immigration and recruitment agencies for hiring foreign workers.
- Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolution between employees and management.
- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations and reporting.
- Monitor performance appraisal systems to assess employee performance and productivity.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for the employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.
- Leave/attendance Management by timely checking on daily attendance and report
- Preparation and timely submission of statutory documents & payments to relevant government authorities, e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN etc.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare monthly HR reports and analytics for management review.
- Manage payroll processes and ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in HR management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Adaptability to dynamic work environments and a willingness to take initiative.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in SQL Payroll or other similar software.
- Possess own transportation.
- Salary Range: RM4,500 – RM5,500 Per Month
