General Support:

  • Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Assist with payroll processing, employee claims, and expense reimbursements.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of company events and projects.
  • Monitor administrative expenses and suggest cost-saving measures.
  • A Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Able to write and speak Mandarin and English.
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as MYOB, QuickBooks, or SAP (preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong Organizational and Time-management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of local tax regulations and support for tax-related tasks such as GST/SST and income tax submissions.
  • Ability to assist with audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance is an advantage.
