- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, document filing, and general office tasks.
- Maintain organized and updated physical and digital filing systems.
General Support:
- Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Assist with payroll processing, employee claims, and expense reimbursements.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of company events and projects.
- Monitor administrative expenses and suggest cost-saving measures.
- A Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Able to write and speak Mandarin and English.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as MYOB, QuickBooks, or SAP (preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong Organizational and Time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of local tax regulations and support for tax-related tasks such as GST/SST and income tax submissions.
- Ability to assist with audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance is an advantage.
