Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain an efficient account system to track all transactions and client interactions.
- Manage all aspects of client accounts, including onboarding, invoicing, and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Record and reconcile financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare and present bi-weekly reports to the Managing Director during meetings, detailing budget allocation, spending trends, and any variances.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting principles and internal policies.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline account management procedures.
Requirements:- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management or a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Can speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.
