- Do update daily production’s O.T.
- Do new employee registration to system and follow their saving account opening.
- Perform regular spot check at security guard.
- Do manage thumb print attendance system.
- Handle all staff’s requisition of visit doctor slip.
- Manage company first aid box( medicines ) to staff.
- Do follow all foreign worker’s permit expiry and do their insurance renewal, and do Fomema health checking registration on them.
- Do handle foreign worker’s Immigration matters /KLIA Immigration.
- Do monthly submission and application of HRDF.
- Do monitor and follow foreign workers’ hostel condition and cleanness matters.
- Do manage office cleanness matters and monitor office cleaner’s tasks.
- Manage all HR related documentation filing.
- Do consult staff discipline problem.
- Encourage all staff cultured in learning and training in people development.
- In verification and updating employees’ leave application forms and attendance records.
- To conduct new staff joining procedure until the end.
- Do monitor and follow with any government parties’ visiting e.g: JKKP/Jabatan Alam Sekitar/Bomba/Jabatan Kesihatan/JTK/MITI.
- Bring injured worker go to clinic/hospital if situation needed.
- Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior.
