  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior design industry through networking, referrals, and sales outreach.
  • Meet with potential clients to understand their interior design needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Present and pitch interior design concepts and services to prospective clients, show casing company capabilities.
  • Prepare and deliver design proposals, including floor plans, mood boards, and 3Dvisualizations, in collaboration with the design team.
  • Work closely with clients to finalize project details, specifications, and design elements.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and the design team to ensure the successful execution of interior design projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level ofcustomer satisfaction throughout the project.
  • Stay updated on current interior design trends and industry developments toprovide relevant and competitive solutions to clients.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the company andnetwork with potential clients.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets while contributing to the overall growthof the company.
  • Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the interior design or renovation industry.
  • Strong understanding of interior design concepts, materials, and spatial arrangements.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or other relevant software is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication in, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Possess own transport and willingness to travel for client meetings.
