- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
- Assist on payroll activities, ie. attendance and overtime tracking.
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
- Assist on recruitment activities, job posting, shortlist candidates and schedule interviews.
- Handle foreign worker documentation, hostel and others
- 1-2 years working experiences in Human Resources.
- Excellent organizational skill and strong communication skills.
- Preferably possess a relevant Diploma qualification.
