Shortlisted candidates will go through 3 phases of selection before securing this job:

PHASE 1: System and Operating Training (Via Online ZOOM - training on whole company operation and how to use the software and apps)

  • Candidates are required to go through a 3 days zoom-system training with 3 hours each day (time to be discussed later)
  • Exams will be given to candidates at the end of the zoom training. Based on the total candidates, passing rate will be adjusted accordingly, and the top 50% scorer will be invited to the next phase of selection
  • The other 50% below scorer will not proceed with the selection and IT will be the end of the selection journey with such candidates

PHASE 2: Undergo as Customer Service Staff (Work From Home)

  • Candidates that passed from Phase 1 are then required to undergo a customer service staff for 3 months (15 working days consecutively without break, for example: week 1 + week 2 work everyday, week 3 and week 4 off days
  • As a customer service staff, candidates are expected to work from home, but need to be physically present during the site training at the property
  • Candidates need to have their own laptop for this work
  • Working as a customer service staff is a part of selection for operation manager, as to fully understands the fundamentals structure and the operation of the company
  • As a customer service staff, candidates are expected to communicate with our guest by calls and messages, before they check in, during their stay, and after they check out
  • During the training as the customer service staff, salary will be given during these 3 months based on candidates qualifications and negotiations during the interview.
  • Salary can range from RM 30.00 to RM 80.00 per day ( based on how many units to be handled in total)
  • Based on the entire performance during this 3 months as customer service staff, such as response time, communication skills, problems handling skills and etc, candidates till then be invited to the past phase of selection as operation manager

PHASE 3: Operation Manager Training (Trial Duty for 2 Months before Final Selection)

  • Candidates selected from Phase 2 are to go through a 2 months trial duty as operation manager before final selection
  • Based on the entire performance during this 2 months as trial operation manager, 1 final candidate will be selected for this role.
  • During the 2 months trial as operation manager, the performance is reviewed from:
  • The response time during on duty as trial operation manager
  • The ability to handle emergency situation, sudden problems, conflicts, disputes independently
  • The ability to lead a team of 6 - 8 persons team with ease
  • The ability to communicate with a team of cleaning ground staff with respect
  • The ability to communicate with international websites' internal staffs to handle case to case problems
  • The ability to communicate with different contractors and property management offficers
  • The ability to stay calm and focus on works with strong mental capability without needing to be cheer-leading all the time during duty
  • The ability to learn software quick during the trial duty (candidates with strong learning curve will be prioritized during final selection)
  • Salary will be given during these 2 months based on candidates qualifications and negotiation during the interview.
  • Salary can range from RM 70 to RM 100 per working day.
  • Minimum Degree level
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin in speaking and writing cause we need to serve guest from CHINA. (Is a MUST)
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia in speaking and writing. (Is a MUST)
  • Have own laptop for work
  • Able to work in 2 weeks shift in every month, meaning: 14 working days consecutively without break, everyday from 8:00 AM to 11:30 PM
  • For example: week 1 + week 2 work everyday (work days), week 3 and week 4 off days (no-work days)
  • Able to travel around klang valley for site works and switch duty with other operation manager
  • Has basic knowledge on how to send email, use Microsoft Words and Excel, and other basic tech usage
  • Able to make calls out and take calls in during work
  • Candidate with similiar working experience will be given priority in selection but not a definite factor for selection. Candidates without background are strongly welcomed to apply because we provide trainings for the job

  • 80% work from home, 20% work in site
  • Working shifts are to be arranged with partner agreement
