- To conduct sales verification for new bookings in the Road Runner system upon receipt booking form in sales gallery and arrange to send back the sales documentation to HQ.
- To manage daily operation of the sales gallery.
- To manage the maintenance of sales gallery & show unit.
- To manage replenishment of the pantry supplies at the sales gallery.
- To handle the decoration of the sales gallery & show unit during festive seasons.
- To manage the inventory of marketing material, brochures and other marketing assets in sales gallery.
- To prepare daily sales gallery report & manage customer data.
- To assist in preparing for roadshow and monitor the performance of agents during roadshow.
- To supervise the sales agent at sales gallery to ensure adherence to operation SOPs.
- To conduct market survey and track competitor updates.
- To assist with the Handing Over of Vacant Possession (HOVP) for units.
- To carry out daily operational duties, ad-hoc tasks, and other Sales & Marketing related responsibilities may be assigned from time to time by Management.
- Diploma/Degree in business administration, management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably within the property development industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, committed and result-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Road Runner system is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed to support sales gallery operations.
