  • Liaise with salesmen for all inquiries.
  • To process and coordinates daily sales order.
  • Data entry & updating database.
  • To liaise with sales team for missing or doubtful sales order.
  • To prepare consignment billing and tax invoicing to customers.
  • General duties such as documentation and filling, data entry, handle incoming emails and phone inquiries.
  • Responsible to handling customers' enquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Handle accurate documentation and collect feedbacks / recommendations from customers.
  • Ensuring excellent service is delivered to customers.
  • Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
  • Ability to speak Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Minimum SPM or higher qualification.
  • 1-2 years experience in administrative environment.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Computer literate.
