- Liaise with salesmen for all inquiries.
- To process and coordinates daily sales order.
- Data entry & updating database.
- To liaise with sales team for missing or doubtful sales order.
- To prepare consignment billing and tax invoicing to customers.
- General duties such as documentation and filling, data entry, handle incoming emails and phone inquiries.
- Responsible to handling customers' enquiries and complaints professionally.
- Handle accurate documentation and collect feedbacks / recommendations from customers.
- Ensuring excellent service is delivered to customers.
- Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
- Ability to speak Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Minimum SPM or higher qualification.
- 1-2 years experience in administrative environment.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Computer literate.
