About the Role
Responsible for new agents' contract application end-to-end processing and licensing & movement tasks are processed within the stipulated turnaround time.- Prepare regular and ad hoc licensing reporting within the stipulated timeline.
- Perform data analysis on agency licensing report and process to provide meaning insights for management's reference.
- Effective case assignment to processing team members and closely monitoring the turnaround time to achieve licensing target.
- Perform monthly reconciliation of records for LIAM/MTA/PIAM with AIA records.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment to vendors and process agency contract stamping timely.
- Periodic quality assurance check, prepare data as requested by internal and external audit and compliance team.
- Data Management – to keep proper records/documentation for payment related matters.
- Continuously review and fine-tune the SOP/processes to ensure it meets with the business requirements and customer expectations.
- Liaise effectively with relevant parties to resolve all enquiries from agency and stakeholders within expected turnaround time.
- Prepare user requirements/ user story for system enhancement, requirement walkthrough with relevant parties.
- Perform verification on UAT results and post deployment verification.
- Handle new agent contract application end to end processing within stipulated timeline for Standard Life Planner, Elite (Elite Lite, Elite, Elite Pro), Add license application (Life, Takaful and General license), Agency Leader Corporation (ALC) and FAR Conversion.
- Ensure all the due diligence assessment including past employment check and applications are processed as per rules and regulations set by regulatory and the company.
- Ensure the completeness checking of application and agent details are updated in the system correctly as per standard operation procedures in a timely manner.
- Perform any other agency licensing and movement assignment from time to time to drive for operational excellence.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree of any field from recognized University with minimum 2 years of working experience in insurance / distribution operations.
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point).
- Detail-oriented person.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Problem solver with analytical mind.
- Good command in English (verbal and written communication).
