Sales Department:
- Attend to walk-in customers and keep in touch with existing customer.
- Expand network and customer outreach through the use of social media.
- Possessing a deep understanding including motorcycle features, pricing and specs for all the bikes lineup
- Making sure showroom and demo bikes are in presentable state throughout the daily operation.
- Attending to the event held by company (dealership or distributor level) as instructed.
- Work together with Sales Admin and Banker for loan processing and registration process.
- Making sure all the sales process including booking to bike delivery/handover handled following the proper SOP.
Customer Service
- Deliver an outstanding end to end customer experience (e.g., Effective greetings, RM, Objection handling, communication, etc.)
- Follow the Sales process
- Effective prospecting and lead management
- Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner. (f2f or virtually)
- Ensure customers are appropriately qualified for needs, wants, and ability to buy.
- Practice a feature/benefit selling methodology so that all customers receive consistent treatment when doing business.
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Able to speak in English
