Job DescriptionStore Operations- Oversee the day-to-day operation in the store.
- Training and supervising staff to ensure they understand and adhere to operational standards.
- Setting and achieving sales targets for the store.
- Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
- Overseeing inventory levels and implementing strategies to optimize stock levels.
- Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Implementing Facebook marketing initiatives to drive traffic to the store.
- Planning and optimizing the store layout to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Managing product displays, promotions, and pricing strategies to drive sales.
Project Management Roadshow / Exhibition- Liaise with the mall management to participate the roadshow and facilitate the coordination of the roadshow procedure.
- Develop comprehensive roadshow/ exhibition plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Create and manage event budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure cost-effective services and products.
- Oversee on-site event operations, including set-up and coordination of staff
Job Requirements- Minimum a Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in any relevant field.
- At least 5 years of working experience as Retail Manager.
- Preferably candidate from Retail industry.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including sales, inventory management, merchandising, staff management and customer service.
- Proven leadership and management experience with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Good communication skill in English & Mandarin
Basic Salary: RM4000-RM6000
